Defensive of my freedom!

Well, latley I've been feeling really defensive of my freedom. Like, if someone tells me to do something or whatever, I'm saying in my thoughts, "You can't tell me what to do." I feel like I want to control everything that feels like it's been taken away from me. I kinda want to have the whole world to myself almost. Anyone know if it's just self-defense or whatever?

we all want to control our own lives, no matter what age. sometimes you have to listen to people who are close to you that have your best interest at heart.

even as you become an adult, you will find that you aren't in charge as much as you'd like to be. we all must live within the confines of the society in which we find ourselves.

  • This does sound adolescent. you want to be more in charge of yourself. Normal.

Are you in your mid teens? If so it's more than common.
