There should be an "I don't know" option because I don't and neither does anyone else

JESUS is Lord! And when he comes back, we will all be gathered and lifted up to meet him in the air and see him as he is.

Evolution is the illusion. At least other religions believe in something; even if it is only satan in disguise. By the way, JESUS's salvation is not for sale, it's free.

  • For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have ever lasting life.

I don't know, but I'm skeptical and doubtful that there is an afterlife.

Its interesting reading comments about people saying they don't know and no one does.
    Um, yes we do.

After death: Your feelings (emotions) thoughts, intelligence and every active physical action you've ever taken will cease. Although the brain can take a few mins (possibly even hours) of inactivity, the RAPID decaying and irreversible damage of your brain will get to a point where even if you (your body) could be revived you would be brain dead.

There cannot be life after death, ESPECIALLY (as well as) any personality or your full life's intelligence what so ever, after death. So even if thousands or millions of years from now (and really you only need a few days dead) you cannot be revived due to decay beyond any repair. The brain is not a good storage vessel after death.

There is only one tiny (miniscule) option and that is being frozen, like Walt Disney (comes to mind). In this case physical decay won't happen, and its possible (presently impossible) that you could be revived, but the science is so against this possibility its just not normally done.

Therefore, how in the world could you have life after death? What about plants and animals and even planets? Do they also have some spiritual life after death too?

Without any of you (no intelligence, no personality, no feelings) what is life after death? It must be nothing.

THIS is your life, when you are gone (and the entire present world human population will be fully gone in less than 150 years) you are gone. After a few days people start to forget you, after a few years you are not really brought up at all, after a hundred years you will be forgotten (or born on.. died on.. info ONLY) after a thousand years you may have not even existed to begin with.

The ONLY hope you have is Earth blowing up and eventually all your physical dust spread across the universe, kinda poetic, but not you as you know you.

Yes we know, we know so much that we understand this is our only life.

        ok true.
But since our personality is part of our living brain then "
Without any of you (no intelligence, no personality, no feelings) what is life after death?"

So if we speak solely about souls, then a spiritual life itself would be meaningless as well. Plus you wouldn't praise jesus just as much as any Muslim wouldn't.

So the non evidence spiritual stuff is not really a life in the first place.
I suppose I just wanted to let people know that. Pretty sure some don't.
By the way belief in a supernatural including souls is utter nonsense.

            We already know.

There is zero evidence of any after life, but a lot of evidence to the contrary.

On evidence alone and rational thought the possibility is LESS than if we are living in an alien's pet farm or matrix! Those things (ridiculous) are MORE viable than an afterlife, especially the religious afterlife myths about souls Lol

Death is non-existence beginning again after a short interlude. Or so we think.

I don't know. I don't think there's anyway of knowing. I guess we'll all just have to see when we find out.
