    I would be appalled if a "girl" i went to date turned out to be a guy, to me, trust is the foundation of a relationship, and to lie about this, how can I trust you to not lie about other things?

    its one thing to act like a girl online, all in good fun and whatnot, but if it was seriously leaning towards a real date, i would like to know the truth well before then, that way, when asked, i could consider if i really want to date you.

    it may not matter to him, i dunno, but most people would be hurt, reguardless how they feel about gays in general.
