Cystic acne

18 year old girl here who has a severe case of cystic acne in her chin... I'm not sure if all teens get the same amount of acne as I do because it literally never stops. I've tried lots of products from clearasil, neutrogena, clean&clear, avene, vichy and none have worked. Toothpaste, aspirin and oils as well have failed.

Anything else I should try?
Does this happen to someone else?

I'm really hoping to overcome acne.

Try cetaphil as a cleanser, then exfoliate with honey and leave it on like a face mask. Then wash it off with a warm wash cloth and apply coconut oil for over night.
Tea tree oil and lavender oil, dilute them and apply it to your problem areas. Be careful though they make your skin sensitive to sunlight so wear sunblock.

From my own personal experience, I stopped drinking milk and went to soy milk. That made it worse! Then I switched to almond milk but along the way I also stopped eating pork and beef for the most part. I also limit my dairy intake and try to stay away from anything with hormones in it. Now I just need to get a grip on my sugar consumption..

It took some time to figure out but after cutting those foods out, on the rare occasions that I would eat one of them, I would break out a day or two later. That's when I really realized how big of a role diet played in my skin issues. It was pretty frustrating to be in my 30's and still dealing with that crap. It's been a few years now since I also added a few products that help me manage like mandelic acid and a TCA peel every now and then to deal with what was left behind when my face finally cleared up. Oh happy days!

I got them between my eyebrows. They hurt like hell. I use astringent to decrease it.
