Customer helpline can't make up their minds

I wanted to get a refund for some ham I bought because it was disgustingly salty. I phoned the customer helpline and they were really nice and said I could get a refund coupon and that I need to bring the ham into the store, but when I said I had eaten all the ham she said she couldn't refund me?? Does that make sense? I ate it coz there wasn't much else at my house to eat...

    Don't be ridiculous. There are ways to purify your body from excess salt, like drinking water. There's no need to sue anyone. You didn't know the store policy beforehand. That's not their job to tell you. Most people know that you have to bring back the item. It sounds like you want free ham.

  • I did not burgal nobody. I was very hungry. But I could bring a law suit against them for increasing my salt levels.
