Customer helpline can't make up their minds
I wanted to get a refund for some ham I bought because it was disgustingly salty. I phoned the customer helpline and they were really nice and said I could get a refund coupon and that I need to bring the ham into the store, but when I said I had eaten all the ham she said she couldn't refund me?? Does that make sense? I ate it coz there wasn't much else at my house to eat...
