Crying makes my hair messy?

ok so Everytime I cry a little or hard my hair some how gets all messed up. I have no idea how. The second the first tearfalls my hair goes crazy. Like I know why when I cry hard bc my hands get we from my tears and I Pull my hair out from my face but how does I happen when I'm barley crying.

    Maybe the stress makes your hair sorta stand up like when your scared?
