I need advice on what I should do.. Ever since I was little I grew up with another family because my ant was the God mother of another family... I grew up with this girl from that family all the time she was around for all the holidays knows all my family is is basically. Family to me and me to her.. However I recently started working with her 3 years ago and I still do to this day... I have very strong feelings for her however I'm afraid. Of asking her out and well being turned down because of the history she has with me and my family and making things awkward between us.. Most likely I feel like she would say no.. I don't know if I should even try it or how to go about it

    Be honest with her, as her friend you should tell her. However, know this, her saying no is not the worst thing in the world. Granted you may have to spend some time apart, but you can always get back to being friends. Moreover, friends are suppose to be honest with each other. You owe it to her. God bless I pray for you. :)

    Go to google and learn what social cues a girl makes to show she's interested. Pay attention, and you'll know. Important to keep in mind that attraction is instant, and it's either there or it isn't.

    So I asked her to hangout with me next week and she will be.. I don't think to call that a date but I will be telling her then how I feel. I never hung out with her since I was little so I think this is a step up for me and I been working on being more Involved and talk to her more so hopefully she will say yes thanks everyone
