so every time i walk into the forest i see a bright brown thing with claws and 8 eyes. but when i blink its gone, everywhere i see it waving at me. even in my house when i am all alone! i also see it in my dreams, i talked to a therapist and he said i'm just seeing thing but I'M REALLY NOT that thing is just right there watching me. its everywhere i go! is this normal?
Although at times, I must admit that I think there are things following me that sound illogical to my peers.. but I currently know that its false and ridiculous. Please see a mental health professional

Yeah I'm friends with that guy. He's pretty chill but all he does when we hang out is smoke weed and watch comedians on netflix. I tell him that he should be making something of his life but he never listens. There's only so much you can do.
