I had crabs one time in my life, and at that time I was still a virgin so I had no idea how on earth I had even gotten crabs. i think it was from living in a shelter for young teens. I think they didn't clean the beds but when some of the girls started having problems with me because they were jealous(I don't know why), but anyways the director of the shelter gave me my own separate apartment away from all the bitches.
I went to see a doctor after moving into my own apartment, and I sanitized everything with Lysol in my new apt. Doctor gave me prescription medicine and the crabs were gone in less than a week.
I was mortified when I realized how itchy the above area of my vagina was, when I looked down and pulled down my pants, I saw little bugs crawling everywhere.
I literally ran to the doctors.
I only told one person about it. Apparently it's a common thing people typically get from sleeping with other people. The strange thing was that I was 17 years old and still a virgin. So i am pretty sure I got it from sleeping on a bunk bed in a room full of disgusting whores.

I can only answer this assuming you are biologically and hereditarily a human (not an alien species). If they honestly were real bugs, how do you suppose they got there? Try not scratching, even though you know that bugs are under your skin. I have pencil graphite stuck in my earlobe, but try as I have, I cannot get it out. If this persists, go to your doctor and get a scan (and don't tell him you do meth if you're worried he'll be biased or not understanding). These bugs (probably) won't hurt you, only annoy you.

Morgellon's is a possibility. What you need to do is see a doctor. When you are off of the amphetamines does the sensation go away or stay? If it stays then the drugs might be the cause.

You can possibly have parasites or scabies. I would go to a doctor who specilices in taking out bugs. This type of thing has happened to people who go on vacation to places like the amazon or people who live in those parts of the world.

Either you have been taking some serious drugs or you have some fucked up bugs living under your skin. Either way, you should get it checked out. If you actually do have bugs under your skin, you will need professional help to get rid of them. If you are fucked up on drugs, you need help with that.

Could be scabies! I had the same problem, until I sweated alot, then went into a REALLY cold room. Later, I was cleaning up, I saw little black specks on the floor, and I didn't itch anymore. But, this is me, and you should go see a doc. ASAP!!!
