Could this be considered sexual harassment?

Long story short I was called into my store manager's office and he said he had a customer complaint about my tone, telling a 2 year old not to throw things on the floor. My manager went on to say something about other customer complainsts, I said "there's been alot of good comments too" he said "that's like me saying I may have raped one boy but at least I didn't rape them all." I found his comment way worse and more offensive than anything I have ever said during my 15 months of employment there.

Is my store manager comparing my good work to child rape sexual harassment? IIN?

    Well that was a bit of an extreme comment but I get the point he might have been making. Not sure if this would be sexual harassment though since he did mention rape. I do not think he was trying to be sexual but he was just trying to make a point. Perhaps he could have worded it differently but I will say it sounds very very unprofessional.
