Could he like me?

This story has been making me think a lot. So I flirted with this guy a few times on social media. Like one time I complimented him one time under a picture on his Instagram and he wrote back with only a heart eyed emoji. Another time I tweeted him and mentioned something about him not being hot in a joking way under a funny picture of him and he retweeted and favorited it. Then a couple months later I saw him at a concert and I went towards him and he looked at me but he looked away and continued talking to another girl but he kept turning his head to look at me and turning away. When the girl left he walked over to me still looking at me with his mouth slightly opened and his eyebrows a bit raised and his eyes looked a bit bigger than usual, but he didn't smile. We held our eye contact for a good 4 seconds and then he hugged me and said hey and I said hey while I was hugging him and he walked away quickly. That gave me mixed signals because we could've talked but I think he got scared or had to go to the bathroom. I asked my friend, who was next to me while this all happened, if he was attracted to me and she said there was something definitely there. And just recently, he posted a photo of himself on Instagram and I said, "damn you make me want to knit both of us matching sweaters." and he responded a minute later saying "I'd wear it." I'm thinking, alright he's flirting back with me, but does he like me? What do you guys think?
