Could a certain known truth/fact change with time ?

Okay for example , legally 18 is an adult , because they can vote and drive (actually drive at 16, don't know why . ) but they can go to war at 18 , yet thier mind is still developing so they are still young , still a teen , so how come 18 is legally an adult when they are still teens?! , so what if with time 18 started to become "still a child " or a teen , and 20 is an adult , so when people say kids under 18 , they will say kids under 20 .
so now you have kids from 4-19 (instead of 4 -17 ) , young adults from 20 -29 (instead from 20-24) since 29 is still in thier twenties , the last year yet still in the twenties ,so not fully an adult ,and unfortunatly adult from 30+ .

could these of age and adulthood/childhood change with time or in the future ?

i um....actually think were going the opposite way,we give these kids a lot more responsibilities and teach them harder concepts at younger ages.they even have sex and do drugs at younger ages. biologically u r fully grown around 25,but at like 12 u should be smart enough to be mature about shit.......bitch......making excuses to not grow up like peter pan

Yes - in fact in different cultures across the world different ages are considered adulthood. In some places a child beginning puberty becomes an adult. So it's not only something that changes with time, but with cultures too.

I was hoping it was going to be a broader speculation about current facts that might be discovered to be false in the future. Kind of like how the earth being flat was an accepted truth until it was proved to be false.

Well there's always potential for laws to change, so in that respect: yes. But there is a limit to how far it can be changed.
