Never, ever, ever, ever, EVER okay unless you have permission. Apparently 65% of women who use the London Underground have been groped by a stranger. Maybe it's a small group of men doing it lots of times each but, either way, stop it. You're making us look like cavemen.

When I visited Rome all the girl's on the trip had their bums pinched by seedy Italian men. It seems to be a common thing there. Also eye-fucking to the point of awkwardness is a popular past time for strange Italian men too.
It is not just Italians. They use to do that too me randomly in the middle of a conversation. I stop and say" Hey stupid are you paying attention?" I do not mind if they are checking me out but in the middle of a conversation it is just rude. Also we use to have a thing called Ass grab Friday. When you randomly grab or smack peoples asses. It was very rude and I punched someone in the privates for it.
No, sexual assault is not ever okay. I don't give a fuck what people from what cultures think it is okay. It isn't. It makes me kind of sick that it happens at all.

Copping a feel is a shitty thing to do. Really low of someone, if you ask me. Don't touch unless you have permission.
For me it's never okay to cope a feel as it's sexual assault and I'm not okay with being touched against my will as likely if you're welcome to touch me you'd know and wouldn't have to cope a feel.
Likely though it's probably okay to many guys to cope a feel as my opinion is that men generally objectify women regarding them as attractive things not human beings and disregarding personal/societal boundaries and women's feelings when their d*cks gets hard.
Well of course it's never normal or acceptable.
That said, I've plenty of times been on a crowded tube train thinking "dammit, no space" and if I end up near some woman near me I get the inkling "I wonder if people deliberately use this as an excuse for a cheap thrill" etc, and personally I wouldn't mind if there was like... a sort of "Underground sign" one could display to another to signify "if you wanna get a little closer, I'm game" It could be like a "dirty little secret" between the two signers :D... Of course a "Free Hugs" board works just as well ;)

Reminds me of this one time when I was on the subway, it was crowded and two girls kept squeezing my ass :-) I think they were drunk. I didn't mind, though - if it made them happy, so be it.
The most notable time I have copp'd a feel was outside a club when I asked a girl for permission before cupping her bum, her and her friends thought it was really funny because I sounded really posh when I asked, we all went back inside the club and I ended up going home with two of them.
