Convince me to get my bachelor’s degree

Please help!!! I’m attending a community college rn and in 2 years I’ll get my AD in nursing. I heard that ADN and BSN don’t really have that much gap between them, salary-wise. After earning my ADN, I’d still have 2 more years worth of financial aid which would pretty much cover 70% of my tuition fees, but then I’m gonna have to pay twice as much for rent due to its location. In your opinion, is it worth the investment?
