Constantly waking up

So

For the past 3 months i have woken up at roughly 4.30am every single night (It's not because i need the toilet). It's not too much of a problem because i can get back to sleep but it breaks my sleep pattern and makes me more tired in the morning

Is this normal? Any tips or advice for a solid night's sleep?

Never, I repeat never drink sangria with whiskey. In about an hour I'm going to be waking up with vomit in my hair, and mascara running down my cheek.

I feel like darth vader is in my closet waiting to pop out and try to kill me after he tells me he's my father, and the child of my light saber. Crash nebula, I feel like that's jimmy newtron. I want spock to run in and hold my hair while I lean over the toilet.

A good exercise tires you out! I have a clingy cat that wakes me up at least once a night.

Welcome to my world, perhaps check your mineral levels. Normally a lack of magnesium is what causes sleeplessness.

Actually it's carboxanide sulfate that causes it. It can be found in green tea and lime mineral water and clogs up your peehole with sediment if you drink too much.
