Constantly hot - is it normal?

Ok so basically I am a 17 year old girl (52kg, 5"3, active, don't drink don't smoke) and I am always hot. I mean it's so bad that I don't even wear a coat when it's like -2 degrees Celsius outside I could just walk out with a shirt on and I will still stay warm. I get really hot for no reason, like I'll just be sitting down watching TV then suddenly my heart will start beating really fast and I'll start getting really hot (my neck and ears go bright red.. Oh and obviously so does my face which is really embarrassing at school). Oh and by the way I find it extremely hard to concentrate in lessons because of this. Is it normal (like hormones and stuff) or should I see a doctor?

Go see a doctor, I would go for the gynecologist tbh. Seems like something hormonal and you should really get that checked out.

Sorry, perfect chance to slip in that lame joke!

On a serious note. It's not normal. Go see a doctor.
Body temperature regulation is vital! And from what I've read, yours isn't normal.

Just to be sure though, see a doctor, or someone that knows what 17Year olds have to deal with. I am a guy and a little older, so I don't feel what you may feel. I do get red in the face and have since I was about 13 or so. I also get sexually excited very easily.
