Conspiracy theorists...

I'll keep this short: I cannot stand these conspiracy theorists? They never stop, even though everything they give you can be debunked. Really, why would someone WANT to think the gov. killed approx. 3000 people for oil? It's common sense-they wouldn't. Is this normal, hating people like this?

You are naive to think that the government wouldn't kill 3000 people for oil. They have done more for less.

The government has killed a hell of alot more than 3000 people for oil! why do you think we invaded iraq and afganistan in the first place? And yet we have not invaded many war torn countrys in africa were there are far worse dictators than saddem and osama, and i should now ive been in the armed forces for 13 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most conspiracy theorists want to live in a world of intrigue and mystery, even if it is an illusion. The sad fact is that there are those willing to either profit from or abuse these people. They often end up shelling out huge amounts of money in books or DVDs offering to tell "the real hidden truth" about various topics, or else they end up getting ensnared in fringe political groups that are just a shade away from being cults.

They're not to be hated, they're to be pitied.

I just want to take a pitchfork and shove it so far up their--

I have one classmate who is an extreme conspirasist. He's a nice guy, not disrespectful, and kind, but he has maybe two friends, because nobody wants to hear his stories.

I know there are things I don't know, about the government and all that, but I've got that "not caring" attidude, especially when it comes to crazy stores like "Did you hear? Obama is a secret alien from Atlantis! He's come to feed off the blood of Americans!"

I'd say it's normal to hate something you're annoyed by, because you naturally don't want to be near it.

And at least these people are making an attempt at finding out the truth and some actually do have proof. The government does alot of suspicious things. You think their gonna tell the public. Of course not because the public will go ape shit.

I listen to those theories. At first I was like NO WAY! Then I was like oh well what can we do. Nothing, EXACTLY. I just think it's an interesting way to see things. You have to be open minded. I guess it's annoying if it's all they talk about. Just try not to prove anyone wrong because you don't know the truth about everything. Life is just made up of theories and guesses.

They're like those slutty girls in higschool who like to start drama because they've got nothing better to do.

I think they're typically stupid in the fact that they tend to stand by or suggest things that are so far-fetched, proven wrong and by doing so does a disservice to the whole campaign. Say there WAS a conspiracy but these idiots are out there talking about things they know nothing about and making themselves look overall stupid, they detract from the real conspiracy!! So, in fact, dumb conspiracy theorists might actually be government agents sent out to distract people from the reality that it actually WAS a conspiracy!! ;)

My theory on Area 51, for example, is that the government LOVES the fact that people really have a suspicion about the place and think there's aliens, experiments and spaceships there.....when in reality all the real stuff is going on somewhere totally unsuspected!! It's PERFECT!!

Hating people because they choose to trust their own judgement? Of course you aren't the only person who would prefer that people not question the government, though I don't think you should hate these people because they choose to. America is SUPPOSED to be a free country, a country of the peoples power. Apparently that isnt the case if people cant freely question the actions of the government. There is A LOT that goes on behind the closed doors of the media, and politics, and A LOT that goes into making people trust the government. Don't hate those people because they choose to expose those hidden truths.

Maybe you hate conspiracy theorists because deep inside you have some doubt of your own?

Do you trust the government more than you trust yourself? Do your own research...it'll leave you scarred; you'll discover ALOT,& question A LOT but in the end you'll be one less brainwashed American. But then again "ignorance is bliss."

By the way, they pulled that stunt yes for control of the oil, which will eventually give them full control, complete power over the world.
