Confusing violence

So I had a very confusing and violent dream. It begins with a house that is in the middle of a huge river, but it sticks halfway out. The sky is overcast, threatening to rain. The house is meant to catch fish or something, and the water flows over the first story. Despite this, the structural integrity of the house is quite solid. Next scene: a middle-aged man is lying down in an a big ice chest in what looks like a circus text. A little fat kid (about 10) is hold a bat and I am standing in front of them. Around us is a crowd; they are yelling and urging me to kill the man. I refuse, so the little kid starts hitting the guy with the bat. Then the kid takes a staple gun and sticks it in the guys mouth, stapling his head to a wooden plank. He continues stapling around the guys mouth with these huge staples - I abruptly wake up. I am somewhat disturbed by the violence, but more confused than anything. Help me.

    I took the time to look this up in my dream dictionary. The house is your body, head being attic, bedrooms - heart, breasts, upper torso, kitchen - stomach, basement - genitailia. River-state of feeling about our energy, sexuality, emotions. The feelings which flow through us. 'Being in river', being immersed in one's internal flow of feelings and energies. The boy, your own developping ability to express in outer action (which women are encouraged not to act). So the boy murdering in your dream is actually you.     Dreams are sometimes like warnings and/or suggestions. Trying to tell you things in a weird way. I do not think it is trying to test you. everything has a deeper meaning. I get a lot of dreams that involve choosing and violence etc.
    But uh I agree with tori. ^^

    I have water dreams with houses, death, and violence. For me it means: the house nearly flooded means your not feeling in control of your life. Trying to keep that man quiet could be someone just won't let up on you and you need them quiet. The kid, I'm not sure. Good luck. Hope this helps.
