I mean, take the fantasy element out of the equation and just imagine going up to someone you aren't in a relationship with and saying (with zero context at all) 'hey, I really like the idea of having sex with you.'

They'd wonder what you wanted, which had motivated you to say that thing. And because it was such a bizarre thing to say, they'd probably not automatically assume your intentions were benign.

If someone harasses me in the workplace I ALWAYS go to HR, because I respect my self, and others, and don't take kindly to being harassed, and disrespected by anyone!
