Complimenting her body, while likely flattering, is a big no-no. If you think she's attractive, and I'm guessing you do, find something else to compliment her on. For example: her shoes, her hair, or the necklace or belt she's wearing. Better yet, just tell her how amazing she looks.

And yes, use the word "amazing", provided you have a romantic/sexual interest in her.

Of course, if the two of you are close, and have a chemistry/history, or a knack for silly jokes between each other.. Then maybe telling her she's sportin' a killer body this evening would fit the situation. Only you, though, can answer that question.

Compliment her on the body odor she acquires when she's menstruating instead. Always a hit.

Depends on what type of relationship you have with this person and perhaps, even the type of job you have.

Well you have to be more specific. If you are telling someone she looks beautiful no I do not see where that is an issue. If you are saying something like "Ay bitch you have a hot ass" or something like that than no its very inappropriate and could be considered harassment. Saying something like "You have a beautiful figure" is again not really an issue. You can compliment people but you have to have what they call "Tact" about it. If not you are going to get yourself in trouble.

No, that's inappropriate for a business setting, period.

    • I don't know.

I love the complements I get no matter where they happen to take place.

It can be an ego boost.

      • She right, and not because I don't like Jen. As long as you don't go to the extreme, you are doing a good thing. However, keep it out of the "sexual" department and don't compliment her boobs and stuff.

        • I meant Ms October, not Jen. Ms October is right on this issue.

Glass ceiling; it's not 1940. Women are your equals and should never be subjected to comments about their physical appearence in the business sphere.
