I have been smelling a burnt smell for the past 3 days now it comes and goes which is normal to me I have complex partial seizures. I was diagnosed in my 20's with gran mal seizures an d now that I am alot older I have complex partial seizures. Its normal for me. Its old hat to me. I have seizures everyday two or more a day. Soon I will be taking Lamcital 25 mg for it until then I will just have to put up with it. Go to Eplisey foundation for more information.

    What have you talked about with your doctor in regard to treatment? If it's CPS, you might consider Sabril. However, it also has serious side effects. Read up on it here (www.rxwiki.com/sabril), and have a discussion with your doctor.

    Sounds like the beginning of demonic possession to me, get an exorcist before its too late!

      Having seizures or epilepsy is nothing like a demonic possession. There is no relation and its just shocking to how much you don't know
      I'm 17 and I was diagnosed with Epilepsy, its bad for me because I have all kinds of seizures. Its a brain disorder some people were born with or in my case contracted due to a head injury and serious stress. But just because it's in the brain doesn't make a person mental, retarded or special. They are still normal, and can lead a normal life if continued to take their medicine for it.

      Now to you, the person who wrote the starting comment, that burnt smell you might be smelling might be an aura, or a warning sign that you are going to have a seizure soon. Take note of it. My auras are blurred vision, light-headiness and a rapid irregular heartbeat
