Comparing tattoos to blood draw? iin?
Every time I have to get blood drawn, the stupid phlebotomist makes the comment "oh but you have all those tattoos, this shouldn't bother you!" As if it's the same thing? Tattoos are nothing like having a hollow needle inserted into your vein draining you of blood.
I find this infuriating! I want to tell them to SHUT UP!! But if I did, they'd probably hurt me on purpose.
I'm not scared of needles, I just don't like the feeling of a needle in my vein! I have bad veins too so it's usually a big, long, painful ordeal trying to get blood.
is it normal to be annoyed by this comparison?
