Cold under three blankets - seriously?!
So, I live in Atlanta, and it's autumn; it's 35°F outside right now. We keep the heat at about 65°F, and that's usually fine. But at night I feel like I'm freezing...under three blankets.
It keeps me awake, and no matter what I do, I can't warm up. My feet are like ice. I put on thick socks, thermal underwear, doesn't seem to help.
I'm in good health, last blood analysis said everything was fine. I'm not diabetic, my thyroid is within normal range [I used to be hyperthyroid], I'm not anaemic, I don't drink or smoke or use...well, anything. I don't even drink caffeinated beverages. I exercise every night just to get my blood pumping and help me warm up. Once I feel pretty warm, I get into bed. But half an hour later, I'm freezing.
The really mental part? This has happened during summertime.
What do you lot think?
