Cold hands =(

I've got the same thing, but only when I'm playing piano, working on the computer or gaming.

Seems pretty harmless.

You probably have a condition called Raynaud's Syndrome. A lot of people have it. Googgle it.

Yeah my hands are cold alot too, but its nothing bad, i dont think.

my hands are the opposite
i read some where its to do with muscle mass
muscle is warm fat is cold

Do you smoke?I get the same thing from puffing on cancer sticks.

It could very well just be due to poor circulation in your hands. I changed my diet a little bit and that cleared it right up, but people get cold hands for different reasons.

This may have nothing to do with your problem, but it is something you can either rule out or lean on.:)

Supposedly, when a person gets nervous and feels like they want to run away, thier hands are the first thing to show it. They go cold. if your hands are going cold at times when u feel anxious or excited, or when u are thinking about certain things, this might be why.
this sounds silly but i actually heard this on a show called "lie to me" :P

when im on the computer my hand gets dead cold, proably cuz i hold my hand a little higher than usual, its most likely lack of blood flow. if so lose some fat in ur arms

It's probably nothing, but there's always the chance it could be serious.
