    It's normal if it's still hard and solid. Some curve up, some sit straight. As long as it's not curving in 90 degrees, you should be okay.

    It is not at all normal in fact you may have a strange disease (forget the name) i would advise checking up with your doctor to get you diagnosed. This is only a precaution you may actually not have the disease. but statistically you are more likely to have it then not.
