I always sweat through my shirt every day. It started in like march. I put on deodorant like twice a day at least, but I still sweat so much. It is uncomfortable as is it embarrassing. People do notice it and I can't stand it. Please help me. Does anyone else have this??

Mine got better when I started eating healthy.
Vegan/vegetarian diet helps :)
Meat, and Dairy, + Processed foods, and sugar will make it worse!
annoying but normal.. you could get surgetry to fix this but my advice would just be to adjust you wardrobe. If you wear a shirt under your normal attire it usually helps..
what happened in march? have you started any new medication or doing any new drug?
