Chronic pain?

To start of,I think I have chronic pain but not as severe. My bones can pop out of place and pop right back time to time, specially while I sleep, in the morning I am force to basically "re-attach" or "set right" which every piece got out of place(its mainly my hip, back, arms, ankles and elbow,etc..my whole body xD) . My whole body can crack/pop, if I don't, I feel like they get stuck and they even hurt. My left shoulder is noticeable the most, I can be doing anything and it will get out of place and I have to put it back...I have gotten use to the pain same goes with my jaw.
if you didn't get the idea
Example...I can be doing squats and my lower body can be pop/cracking/snapping(whatever you want to call it) and hurting (tolerable pain).
Tell me your opinion,Anything will be helpful.

fibromyalgia, marfans syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome ?
Research their symptoms and I'd go to a doctor and see if they can be more help than us.

Bone cracking and popping is a sign of symptoms, not a cause, of joint problems that are developing. Sorry to say, stopping your cracking or popping won't help you any. What you need is a doctor. You're not going to be able to solve this problem by asking us what to do.

I also crack all my joints in my body. You name it, I crack it.
If they don't get cracked it feels like they go stiff. (I just clenched my butt cheeks together to crack my tailbone whilst replying to you).

I highly doubt that your bones are dislocating though. I think it's just the gassy pressures that build up and it feels very uncomfortable.

I am happy to say that I stopped cracking my fingers a gazillion times a day.

It's just all in your head. You keep in your stresses and overthink things too much. It's not a bad thing to crack your stuff, but you should actively try to stopped and just ignore it

Definitely something I would talk to a doctor about. In the meantime, have you tried stretching and just going for a daily walk?

    • I do stretch and walk daily. I work out even (every time I'm able to and or have the free time).
I have practiced judo in the past and had to stop 'cause my should kept getting dislocated ...and well I wanted to avoid something worst.

Sorry your post hasn't gotten much love. I don't think it's normal. How old are you? Although pretty sure at any age this would be unusual. Have you consulted a doctor?

    • I'm 21 years old(almost 22) but I had this problem since 19-20 years old. And I haven't consulted a doctor yet.

I don't know your situation but I feel really worried that you'll get yourself hurt if you don't find out what's wrong.
