Chronic fatigue syndrome

Just browsing the web, ran across a website that is founded to combat Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Apparently it is a real thing, or at least morons have allowed themselves to be convinced that people can be diagnosed as having a "condition" when they are, in fact, just lazy pieces of shit.

Is it normal to think these people should be continuously beaten up until they either die or find the resolve to actually contribute something to society?

It's normal to be skeptical and not understand a condition or syndrome if one is not inflicted with it.

Yeah, but hardly normal to think they should be beaten to death!

Yeah, that's kinda shitty... it really is, but it's just a super emotional, angry response. I don't think OP is really capable of much damage, it's just words. I personally suffer from Myofascial pain which ain't easy, and I sometimes have wondered if I have Chronic Fatigue myself.

Meh... I'm powerless to change OP's opinion, and I don't think he or she is gonna catch me, and give me the stupid beat down. I rather suspect that perhaps this person is just angry about someone in his or her life who hurt or offended them. I dunno of course, but it doesn't really piss me off.

I'm usually more exhausted, but now I'm just an unhappy, anxious insomniac for the past two months since a dear mentor of mine died of brain cancer in October. I'm mad at the world!

I have chronic fatigue syndrome and would describe it thus: it is a type of herpes virus that invades the peripheral nerves.....your body , being intelligent, does everything it can to prevent it from invading the central nervous system....when these viruses start to multiply your body responds by cutting off energy to the nervous system...not enough so that the nerve cells die but enough to slow down its metobolism of glucose because the viruses use the glucose to multiply and fuel their own activity...when the viruses " sense" the lack of glucose they actually work harder and inflammation results...then as the glucose runs out there activity eventually slows down enough that the immune system mops it up.....so chronic fatigue syndrome is a lack of energy to the nervous system to control the spread of a virus...but it causes pain, depression, etc.

How is it treated? Are you getting treatment? I wonder if it has anything to do with Adrenal Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, and or Myofascial Pain?

I hope you get the syndrome yourself so you will grow compassion for others.
