Children on a nude beach

This summer I went to a clothing optional beach for the first time it was relaxing to be able to walk around in the nude and to be able to see others nude as well . One thing I notice was a lot of the children were in the swimsuits
This wouldn't have seemed strangeif their parents were also in swimsuits
But often the parents were nude while the kids were not .

the question is is it normal for kids on a clothing optional beach not to be nude

    Why do you care about whether or nor the children are covered up, maybe they don't people like you to see their naked bodies?

      I think they mean that its weird that there is kids on the nude beach being exposed to all the naked people

      the fact that it was something that was noticeable and if they don't want the kids to be nude then take them to a textile beach

    It's good that parents that like to go nude don't force it on their children. They're kids so they still don't know that there could be perverts on those beaches hoping to see naked kiddies. I'm glad those parents have senses to protect their children just in case

    How i see it your children shouldnt be alowed at this kinda beach y would u want them to see grown men and women naked flawnting their assets round me personaly i woulnt take my children to a nude optional beach

    Thats weird y would u even take your young children to a nude opitional beach knowing that they could see naked people and i hope the children have cloaths on if not then they have sum messd up parents it would be a kill joy if im nude on tha beach naked(probably with a big chub ) and i see young children running round it would make me feel very uncomfortable anyone else agree with me on this

    Some older children to get body conscious especially when going through puberty!

    Why would you care if the kids/babies are dressed or not on the beach. I came across a post rantting about naked kid on the beach and here you are wanting them to go naked.

    Perfectly normal. What's so surprising about parents giving their kids the choice of nudity or swimsuit? It happens at lots of family friendly naturist places. I remember going to a naturist camp at about age 12 and my parents let me choose, so I chose to be clothed. About ten minutes in I met a naked boy of 11 whose parents didn't give him a choice. He was a bit embarrassed but soon got over it.

    Kids know what the opposite sex looks like naked very early in life from taking baths together and watching each other get undressed and playing doctor and house and saying " show me your's and I will show you mine ".

    The nude beaches I have been to all of the kids are nude. It doesn't make sense to take kids to a nude beach and have them in a swim suit. Each to their own.

    Never been myself, but from what I've heard it's common. School-age kids are often too self-conscious to join in.
