Childless women - do you do kegal/pelvic floor exercises?

    i do them, sometimes. i also do yoga sometimes. It's all rather non-regulary and without schedule, though. From time to time, i even do some tai chi.
    I learned about them when my sis was pregnant, and ya, learning the necessary control did improve sex life. I also do use balls when doing them.

      Not necessarily. Exercise has a lot to do with that. Sumo squats, lunges, and regular squats = pretty fucking tight.
