Do you guys think child porn addicts can ever recover?
Even if they don't ever act on their thoughts,or if they do. Do you guys think they can recover or once it happens it always will?

Recover from what? You can't help who or what you're attracted to. There's no "wrong" in attraction since you don't choose it, you can only choose how you act on it. If your actions will or have caused negative consequences, then I suppose that's all you can consider as far as change goes. That's up to the individual to decide if it's worth it.
Do you think someone can live a normal life and be addicted? For example, love another woman and have a family?
Also, what if they were abused and never got help? Maybe only do it because they're confused?
I don't think they could live a "normal" life (I quote that because, what's REALLY normal?)...if they're living a life outside of what they'd vastly prefer then it can't be normal (for them)....but it's perfectly reasonable that they could be content to an extent. It just depends on how much their attraction and desires differ from their lifestyle and how badly that affects things. It depends on the person.
If they don't wish to harm a child but still have strong desires then is there another way to fulfill their fantasies?
I don't think a person who has extreme alternative attractions should attempt to engage in "normal" relations and create a family if he/she has no ability or intent to maintain that family. To me that is as wrong as being an active pedophile, since one couldn't devote their entire self to properly fostering that family. It'd be a completely selfish endeavor. It (the family) shouldn't be treated like a shield of sorts or an experiment.
I think it's just a sickness at first. Its peoples CHOICE to keep going with it.
So child molesters are attracted to children for no reason? Like its not their fault?

They are sick. Anyone who is attracted to a 6 year old is sick in the head. However rapist are just assholes since they can choose not to have sex but choose to take it anyways. Child molesters are mentally ill. Adult rapist are just rude ass fuck. I am not sure if this illness can be fixed. However these people need to be rehabilitated or to control themselves. For the sake of that child.
Define "child molester," because it just so happens that it's not the same thing as a pedophile.
Now no, it's not one's fault that they're a pedophile. It's an orientation just like any other, and unfortunately, it seems as if it's no more likely that it can be "cured" than heterosexuality or homosexuality can be cured.
