Chicken eating feathers

I have 2 hens and 2 rooster which posses a weird habit of . Eating their own feathers that fall out of their body. is this normal ?

    Chickens usually do this when they're not getting enough protein, so they eat the feathers to get protein. Try increasing their protein intake.

    I have four hens in total. But the other two doesn't eat feathers .

    You should probably just go with one rooster for your two hens and see if the situation improves.
