Chest cracks

Is it normal I love cracking my chest sternum and rib area. sometimes when stressed it feels tight but a quick adjustment I get either a popping sensation or the feeling of pulling apart velcro and the tightness goes away for a while. Im seriously addicted to joint cracking but fortunatly only in my knuckles and sternum area. Plus I dont think its healthy for the joints and surroinding tissue and wouldnt recomend it as once you start its hard to stop. I feel its soo good though I obsess to the point where Id like to like see what is happening aaargh what is it its great its like having a refreshing drink when thirsty or getting into the bath. Just that we emoment

Think of your popping joints as bubble wrap. Pop away.

As long as there isn't pain, cracking knuckles and your chest is fine. Won't lead to arthritis.

Yes but you can hyperextend muscles around your joint and this can make the other muscles have to work, harder to stabalise the joint making it feel tighter than usual and repeating the cycle. Also I think it inflames the joint
