Yes, but unfortunately you fail to take into account that pedophiles who are castrated can still assault victims, such as with inanimate objects, hands, etc. Taking their dick away doesn't rid them of their sick urges. Personally, I think sex offenders should be jailed for life (I believe prisons should only be for sex offenders and violent people)

First the name Pedophile is a misnomer. If reduced down to the Latin roots it simply means someone who likes children. Like teachers and party actors. I would say clowns but no one does clowns anymore.
