Certain places where fire seeks

Is it normal whenever i look at certain places and i always see fire shoot out from it when its really not..?????

    I would say this not normal. It appears to be some form of psychosis or phobia. If it makes you feel better. I am a firefighter and I can tell you that fire does not specifically or randomly choose places. It just happens, whether from mother nature or inattentive (or stupid) people.
