My sister keeps complaining about being catcalled by old jamaican guys, some even cursing at her for not replying and this pisses me the fuck off. I swear to god if I see that shit happening ill tell them to shut the fuck up or threaten to beat the shit out of them. Is it normal that it bothers me this much.

    Call the cops first. If it happens again, follow them home, leave a note on their door "If you don't stop, some bad shit is gonna happen to you". If they don't stop, skin their parents and put them in a freezing dark cell, naked, with nothing to keep them warm but their parent-skin blanket ^-^

    Sounds to me like your sister will soon not have a brother. You really think you are tough enough to go up against a couple of Jamaican fellows and come out of it with your life? Do a bit more thinking on the subject.
