Care diapering, feeding holding adult babies

I have not written this before, but i have strong feelings to take care of adult babies. It is not sexual. It is only to hold them diaper them. give them a bottle and all without talking, in silence. I want to give them a feeling of being a baby and being safe and taking care of their needs for a short time. I have not been able to do this Do you think people have any such need that I could help them for a couple of hours. I want them to feel
as relaxed as a baby being taken care of. I might be crazy but this has gone on for many years and I try to suppress it. Any comments or help? thank you
