Selling your soul is doing horrible things for personal gain.. There isn't an actual devil!

You can't sell something that doesn't exist. It is a somewhat popular opinion that people, and even animals in some cases, have souls, but there is no good reason to believe that they are a real thing. Even if people do have souls, there is the assumption that we have any control over them, along with someone to "sell" them to, which in this case is the Devil.

Not physically, but you can give your soul and self completely to the devils sin he produces daily and tempts you with. I don't know that all I got man, good question tho

First you have to build an altar of some sort and decorate it with ancient demonic symbols ( I wont tell you how to draw these)
You then have to trace the symbols with your own blood, drawn from your own left wrist.Pour some of your blood in a oak tree bowl among with your semen/vaginal juices (Yes you must orgasm before the ritual)
Sit in a dark room, lit only by six black candles and then inhale and exhale slowly, increase until you are almost panting and visualize what you want in exchange for your soul.
When you feel as if all this power is built up within you, you take the same knife you used to cut yourself and ram it into your stomach.
This is how you sell your soul.

You can sell things which don't "exist". They're called intangible assets - like goodwill. A soul, on the other hand, can't be sold because there isn't a market for it. It's not possible to supply one or acquire one.

Those things exist as ideas, and ideas can be sold. That's why a price can be put on them. If I sold my keyboard online to someone and they received a piece of paper in the mail with the exact details of my keyboard down to the smallest detail, they would feel ripped off, and for good reason. There is a difference between my keyboard and the idea of my keyboard.
Anything can exist as an idea. Some things only exist as ideas, such as a soul, but we don't specify that we are only talking about the idea of a soul because it would be tedious. It would be like reading a book that has dragons in it and instead of seeing the word "dragon" you see "the idea of a dragon."

You could only sell the idea of a soul. Just as my example with the keyboard, anyone who claimed to be buying or selling a soul would effectively be a fraud.
It would be like trying to sell someone a dragon and handing them nothing. (Literally miming handing them something.) They would obviously know you are lying with a dragon. However, with a soul, it is generally thought to not have visual properties so there is the possibility that the person believes you really bought or sold them something. They would be a fraud nonetheless.
To put it another way: You could sell the idea for a new car to a company and the company could then go and create that car, and then sell the actual car. The idea of the car and the actual car are two separate things. This is an example where both the idea and the thing itself exists.
