Can you sell being weird?

I am very creative, imaginative, original, I like drawing, and writing an am good at problem solving. I dont have a lot of hard skills like computer knowledge or accounting skills though. However I tend to garner a lot of attention just because the fact I might be the strangest and most interesting person you will ever meet in your life. Is there a way to sell my weirdness? I mean it gets me admirers and haters.. Is this good for anything else?

    People who bill themselves as creative, imaginative and original are usually none of those things.

      I pretty sure I am and people think so.. I also cant not stick out. Since the stuff I do is just so off the wall sometimes.

    Can you tell us what's so strange and interesting about you?

    Keep in mind IIN is Strange and Weird Central so what you think is strange is probably completely normal on IIN.

    Depends if you can channel your creativity in a way which is employable. Problem-solving is a skill which is useful in literally every line of work I can think of, and sticking out as an individual is a desirable thing to employers IF you make it a signifier for determination and confidence (rather than being rebellious or unruly).

      All I do is draw and write but I not sure how to sell my drawings and I cant write enough to get a full book. As my stories usually cut off at 70 pages.

    Lot's of people sell or have sold weird. Lady Gaga, Marilyn Manson, Weird Al Yankavic, Dennis Rodman, several comedians, the list goes on.

    of course there is; through creative avenues. You can be weird on camera, and become a surrealist filmmaker (see luis bunuel, david lynch)
    You can channel it into art
    you can become a poet
    you can become an author of strange fiction
    you could become a late night radio DJ
    you could become a hipster

    you could even hire your services out to girls who are trying to stave off obsessive ex boyfriends. The ex boyfriends tend to get a little spooked by whacked out angry new boyfriends (even if you're only being hired to play that role)
