Yes, I get a stronger orgasm when the bottom half is stimulated. Another area that is sensitive is the crease between the leg and groin.

With us men it's all about tempo and touch, very straightforward. Doesn't matter how you do it, or do you stimulate the upper, or lower part of the penis.
The only thing you have to be cautious with is the head. Very sensitive, especially right before and during orgasm.
The male orgasm is kinda like a railgun... Takes a bit to charge up, one big, powerful blast and you gotta wait for everything to cool down, before re-energizing.

Yes, you dont need to stroke the head unless there is lube. And when the guy orgasms dont stimulate the head only the base. During an orgasm the head is way too sensitive and it almost hurts
