Me and my boyfriend are both into BDSM (he is dominant and I am submissive) and I have a fantasy of him killing me during sex, especially by slitting my throat. He is also interested in this idea and wants to eventually make it a reality.

If we actually did this, would he still go to jail even though it was consensual? I could sign a contract or we could make a video to show that I gave my enthusiastic consent and am not mentally ill/under the influence of anything.

If you manage to manipulate the guy into doing this, he's almost as fucking stupid as you are and he will richly deserve whatever punishment the criminal justice system inflicts on him.

No legal system anywhere will accept as exculpatory any evidence that supposedly proves that the victim of a homicide gave up their right to live. If that were a valid defence, the scope for abuse would be huge. For example, all a psychopathic spouse would have to do would be to use their powers of persuasion to convince their unwanted spouse to sign a document or make a video declaring that they wanted to die, and they'd literally get away with murder.

You say you believe the guy is a decent person, but no sane, decent person considers for a moment murdering someone as part of a sexual game.

We all have the right to live our lives as we choose (as long as we don't screw with anyone else's right to do the same), but the primary goal of any healthy organism is survival, and the fact that you don't want to live is proof that you're ill.

It's the collective of people that gets shit done, now I'm libertarian I belive people should be able to do whatever the fuck they want to do as long as it doesnt mess with someone else's freedoms.
