Can you ever be too busy?

Boys, girls, men, women... I wondered if it was possible... can you be too busy to date? Or is it just an excuse ? I’m on about say you’ve been on a few dates with a boy or a girl... and you like them but you just realised or you’ve become more busy to actually fully commit to dating regularly. Would you let them go? Because you aren’t ready or you’re too busy with other priorities.
Or do you do what you can to keep them?

Is being too busy an excuse? I know it can be... but can it also be legit in some cases?

    If someone is too busy to date me, I'd rather be single than beg for attention.

    What difference does it make? What's wrong with dating not being a priority, excuse, or not it doesn't matter. No explanation needed.

    Depends on who you are dating. If they require a lot of attention yes. If they are independent then no. Just be open with them. If they won't or can't understand you may need to move on.
