Can you be arrested for creating mass panic?

Some jokes go too far and create accidents or major incidents without that being an intention. Some are poorly thought out jokes as well. If you pull a prank which creates mass panic or a state of emergency is that illegal? Not that I would be dumb enough to try but I can imagine there someone who would get the bright idea and just piss everyone off. Since they thought it was funny. There been pranks of people being fake dead and someone calls the police.

    Pretty sure that's a punishable offence. Inciting panic, wasting emergency services time, etc.

    Not to mention, it just makes you a waste of oxygen :)

    Yes super illegal. And calling the police for a non emergency is also a crime
