    If your girlfriend is sitting next to you & you're masturbating while looking at a photo of her sister or the family dog...then yes it will definitely have a negative effect on your sex life.

    Masturbation IS my sex life, so the only thing that'd hurt my sex life would be too little masturbation, not too much.
