Can't upload a profile picture?

I've gone to settings and hit "browse" to try and upload a picture for my profile. Then I hit upload and save, but I still don't have a profile picture. Why won't it work?

    Not to be an ass, but You DO have a picture on your phone to upload ? Im just asking,, could be an easy thing for some people to overlook.

      Lol I fixed it; I have a profile pic now. I had to do it on my laptop instead of my phone.

          I would but I don't want to take the chance of anyone I know in real life seeing it. I post some awkward stuff on here.

            I hear ya there. I dont tell very many in real life about things that I post on here and I dont tell many irl about me and crossdressing.

    Did you click "save changes" near the bottom of the page once you uploaded it? I believe you have to click that too.

    If you have then I don't know what to do. Numerous people have had this issue. Neuro was able to get passed it though, so perhaps ask her. :)

    Do you click upload and let the bar at the bottom run through first before clicking save?

    It might be the format of the picture too. My phone won't upload any png files as a picture, for instance

      Bar at the bottom? I'm not sure. Yeah it might be the format. Maybe it only allows jpg files

    Are you using the mobile version? That one can be a bit buggy. The desktop version might work better.

      No I've tried it on both :( I don't get why it won't work! Is the picture too big, do you think?

        Try Cropping the picture, cause if the file is too big it wont work i beleive
