Can't stop going through storylines in my head from films,games etc

i cant stop going through storylines in my head. i have to pause the game,film,tv episode etc and then go through how it got to this stage.

Its driving me crazy and i do it sometimes 5 times in 1 film. My long term memory is really good maybe my short term memory is rubbish or something.please help its not just new games or films i do this but films i have seen before i do to aswell i didnt before its

    You might have ADD, I find myself especially when I'm working on a project slipping away into a whole nother thought. You might also be someone that likes to critique movies there's nothing wrong with that. I think it's normal for someone with ADD.
