Can't sleep, face is numb, frusterated with schooling
It is 4am in Oregon where I live and I cannot sleep. My face is having a Multiple Sclerosis flareup (A nice side affect from having the Swine Flu) and it is rather cold.
To decribe it and I am sure several people would love to have this...for a while, not as long as I will have it. My whole left side of my face is almost numb, like I was shot with Novacane. My left cheek and side of my lips are extremely cold and I lost hearing in my left ear almost completely. I have very little movement ability on my left area of my face and I cannot close my left eye tightly or keep it shut while having the right eye open. I have lost some taste in my mouth and this truly sucks.
Well, with that being said, I can't sleep at all at night and want to do nothing but sleep during the day. No matter how hard I try, I just cannot sleep at night but waking up even by an alarm clock at NOON is rather hard to do.
I'm stoked that the main tax board test is open book but the board sent me out a letter of what kind of questions they will ask and I have been apparently studying the wrong stuff.
Does any of this at all sound normal? I know the MS isn't but struggling with school or this insomial others must have. My biggest problem WITH schooling is my sleep schedule and I am quite often either too tired to study or the likes of that. Any advice would be nice.
Thank you,
Paul
