Can't sleep!
Is it normal to wake up about 3-4 times a night? Even an hour after I've just gone to sleep, I wake up. I lay there but can't get back to sleep.

Try counting always used to work with me..
My dad told me this b4 kk..
Once there was this guy who had trouble sleeping and went to his doctor and they disscussed possible ways for the man to fall asleep faster.and the docter told him to count till he is really tired and he will fall asleep... So at night the man laid in bed and started counting and got to 4000 and began falling asleep so he quickly got out of bed and washed his face..
:). Good huh? :) hope I helped

If you can't go to the Dr for sleep meds than try melatonin it's a natural sleep aid. Might actually even work better then a Rx. It's in the vitamin area.
I've been an insomniac all my life and have tried pretty much everything except this. I'm going to give it a whirl. Thanks for the tip.
Yep. I've struggled with insomnia for as long as I can remember and melatonin is the best OTC sleep aid I've found. All the others can have side effects or stop working after a few days. It's incredibly cheap too. I'm talking $1-$2 for a month's supply.
dont hear them dude just dont drink coffee or drink pepsi before you sleep because cafeine can be in your system for 8 to 12 hours i had the same problem when i went to bed i stayed like 1 hour till i get to sleep and then in 2 or 3 hours i woke up and shit try this and you will be happy
Iv had the same sleep pAttern for 7 months, it sucks, I don't think it's normal
I completely agree. A life style change will help with sleeping problems. You don't have to be super healthy eating but cutting back and using moderation will help. It won't happen over night though.
Obviously not. It is common to get insomnia but not really a "normal" sleep cycle.
What ever patterns and addictions (including sugar) you have, change them. Your sleep patterns will change.
