Can't seem to focus/process information

I've been really feeling depressed at times because I can't seem to process information in a way like other people do. I obsessively read back things when reading and feel like I just can't remember things. I also have a learning disability which probably explains the remembering things. However is it normal that I feel like my brain just won't ever stop searching for new things to learn, but just can't process those things at all? I'd also like to mention I take Adderall XR 30mg,and I'm still having issues with this.

Spend less time on the internet/cell phone. Really, it can be devastating for your concentration.

Sometimes, I read a page of a book twice and I remember it. Sometimes, when i'm not in the mood (so, very often), I read it 10 times and I just can't remember any word. I just can't. I can't even read. I'm reading, as in, looking at the words, but I can't really understand. When this happens I try to relax (watch tv, talk to people, go out) and I think I will try again later....

I love learning things and knowing facts but sadly I have this problem. It pisses me off. Especially with reading more than two sentences. Its like as soon as I read a sentence, the previous one gets pushed out of my head. I can't relay information well at all. Everything gets jumbled. I constantly have to look back at what im referring to. I can only seem to remember useless info and random bits of nonsense. I've never taken adderall but I was subjected to several combinations and strengths of meds for years from a fairly young age. This is where my memory problems started. It is also why I am against most medicines today.
