I quit masturbating a couple months ago. My girl and I have sex almost every day yet I still frequently have the urge to jerk off and I don't get why.

    Exercise or eat healthier to give your body better balance/nutrition if you constantly need to be relieved from stress and those urges. Less sex can also help. Masturbation isn't the same as sex so you still may be having slight withdrawal. Did you do it for a long time?

      I do exercise a lot but yeah i used to do it all the time for a long time

        It'll just take a while for the urge to go away. What I used to do is exercise during those times or do chores. Whatever it took to drain my body of energy really. Giving in only made it more frequent
